Certification
She is certified in Reflexology, Holistic Nutrition, Reiki, Crystal Therapy and Aromatherapy. In addition, she is nearing her completion of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture degree. She also practices Colour Therapy and Sound therapy and energy balancing and energy medicine techniques to give her clients a fully holistic approach to healing.

Elana has taught workshops in Canada and Japan for individuals and corporations on Medicinal Aromatherapy, Aromatherapy for beauty and Blending perfumes with Essential oils, Making custom massage butters, Erotic Aromatherapy and more. She is available for private functions, one-on-one consultation and corporate workshops.
Elana specializes in helping people with chronic pain, migraines, allergies, insomnia, cancer, arthritis, stroke recovery, paralysis, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, psoriasis, IBS, emotional disturbances, anxiety, stress, sleep disorders, addictive behaviours and skin disorders.
Elana is an avid yogini, traveller, organic gardener, artist, hoola hooper, music purveyor and seeker of all things beautiful this world has to offer. Her joy of life is infectious to all her meet her. Elana is currently working on a health lifestyle book series due to be released soon.

People get to live the way that they really want to be- healthy, balanced, happy, connected, excited and flowing. Once you have decided to make positive and beneficial change for yourself, change occurs naturally and quickly. Commit to doing 1 thing for yourself today that supports your greatest and highest good. Go for a walk in the park, spend 10 minutes in quiet contemplation, eat an extra serving of green leafy vegetables, tell someone that you love them, tell yourself that you love yourself, buy yourself flowers, count your blessings, give yourself a bath with salt and essential oils. Do something for yourself today and everyday and you will start to see outstanding changes in every aspect of your life.
By doing one little thing for yourself, you will feel better, when you feel better, you want to do more stuff that makes you feel good, so you do more of what makes you feel good and before you know it, you will be eating organic whole, unprocessed food, committing to a daily mediation practice, stretching, moving, feeling your body, having more meaningful relationships in your life, releasing toxic relationships, finding yourself positive, buoyant, sparkling, excited about life. All of this comes from making a decision, one decision, that supports your health and wellbeing and watch how the whole world conspires to make your life a happy and fulfilled one. It is exciting to make change in your life and it feels good to feel better. It all comes from you making a decision that you want better for yourself.
