Aromatherapy is the use of the pure plant oils extracted from the leaf, flower, bud, stem, bark, resin, root, seed or skin or fruit pulp of the individual plant. The methods of extraction are steam, absolute extraction from chemicals (hexane), and CO2 distillation. Aromatherapy/ essential oils can effectively treat a myriad of health issues from infections to emotional disturbances, to arthritis to asthma, muscle pain, repairing skin and body tissue—genuine essential oils from plants help in extraordinary ways.
Commercial perfumes are full of synthetic fragrances and toxic compounds that do nothing to support your health. In fact, they do more to harm it because your body does not know how to metabolize the fragrance and sees it as an invader. Conventional beauty products are full of chemicals and solvents that clog your pores and burden your liver.
