Use salt and essential oils to brush your teeth. Conventional toothpaste has a collection of chemicals that do little for the health of your mouth and plenty to introduce toxins into soft tissue and through the entire circulatory, endocrine and lymphatic systems. Luckily, there are safe, effective solutions. Grab a sea salt rock, brush your dry toothbrush on the salt 3 times. Add 1 drop of tea tree, peppermint, rose otto or thyme linalool to your brush and brush-brush away. You can also do a sea salt rinse before and after your brush to help the mouth stay alkaline and to help push plaque off teeth. Essential oils are amazingly effective as an anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-fungal. Brushing your teeth without oils means that you are just pushing the plaque around, brushing your teeth with pure essential oils means that you are killing off the bacteria allowing for a healthier mouth and body.
