Dry brushing helps slough off dead skin cells, stimulates the lymphatic immune system and gives you a boost of energy in the morning. Unlike the circulation of blood that is internally pumped throughout the whole body, the lymph system needs external pumping to be circulated. Try using a dry brush. Dry brushing also makes skin look soft and radiant.  You can use a drop of black spruce, cypress, lemongrass or zinziba essential oil to give you even more oomph. Remember to brush towards the heart.
